VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S informs the Customer that the number of units available is kept updated with the stock in the warehouse, as well as the delivery time of the products for sales, which may be available for immediate dispatch (InStock) or available to order (ToOrder).
Products available for immediate dispatch will be processed and sent within approximately five (5) business days following their purchase. Products available to order have a dispatch time between three (03) and fifteen (15) business days approximately (depending on the location, whether it is inside or outside of Colombia). Product Delivery
VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S commits to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address that the Customer indicates in the order form.
VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form is not accurate and correct.
Delivery Time
We will make the shipments through the transport service companies with which VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S has an agreement. Once your order is confirmed, we proceed to the preparation and dispatch of it. For products in stock, the dispatch will be made the next business day after the purchase is confirmed; the delivery of the product by the carrier will be from 1 to 5 business days. For products ordered to be manufactured, the dispatch will take place twenty (20) business days after the payment has been approved.
Once the order has been dispatched, confirmed, and delivered to the carrier, the customer will receive a dispatch notification in their email with the tracking number with which you can track your shipment through the carrier's website. VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S will also not be responsible when it has not been possible to make the delivery at the address indicated due to reasons directly attributable to the customer. Loss of Packages
In case of loss or theft of the sent package, it is the responsibility of the transport company, who will initiate an investigation process to locate the package and determine the procedure to request payment for the garments contained in the lost package, taking into account the insured value.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If at the time of the delivery the Customer is absent, the courier company will leave a voucher indicating how to arrange for a new delivery.
If five (05) business days after the order has been dispatched for delivery the delivery has not been completed, the Customer must contact VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S via email at vag complementosweb@gmail.com or by phone at 302 3597767. In the event that the Customer does not proceed accordingly, after five (05) business days from the dispatch of the order it will be returned to our warehouses and the Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and return to origin of the goods, as well as any possible associated management expenses.
Diligence in Delivery
The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the courier company, indicating any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If, afterwards, once the product has been checked, the Customer detects any issue such as a knock, breakage, signs of having been opened or any defect caused in it by the shipment, the customer commits to notify VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S via email within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery. From that moment on, no incidents of this type will be attended to.
Incomplete Package
To initiate a process of claim to the transport company for the absence of a product in the package, the Customer must check the condition in which it was received, indicating any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging.
The Customer commits to notify VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S via email within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery, to request a formal claim to the transport company which will be valid within twenty-one (21) calendar days counted from the moment in which the Customer receives the package.

This only applies to online sales and the maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (05) business days from the delivery of the garment/s. The money will be refunded to the customer in a term of approximately twenty-five (25) to thirty (30) business days, as long as the following requirements are met:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify by email to vagcomplementosweb@gmail.com their decision to exercise the right of withdrawal within the established period. Once the garments are received by VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. in the same state in which they were sent, the refund of the money paid will be made. The shipping costs for the right of withdrawal will be assumed by the customer.
VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. offers the warranty on the products purchased, in the terms established by law, responding for defects in quality, suitability, safety, and the good condition of the products offered. The warranty term established for the products offered by VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. is two (2) months for embroidered garments, purchased after or during June 21, 2023.
VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. does not make changes to products that are damaged due to improper use such as shocks, use of chemicals, or for non-compliance with the instructions for use indicated at the time of purchase. The warranty is covered by repair or replacement according to the criteria of VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. and as provided for by the regulations that regulate the matter. It is a cause of loss of warranty if the customer decides to make modifications to the garments.
The products of VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S. are handmade, so they may present special and natural characteristics associated with the materials used in their manufacturing process and that can sometimes cause variation in texture or differences in the characteristics of one product to another, which cannot be considered as a defect at any time and therefore does not apply as a warranty.

It is understood that the products are compliant as long as 1) they conform to the description made by VAG COMPLEMENTOS S.A.S., 2) they have the qualities presented, 3) they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended, and 4) they present the quality and performance usual of a product of the same type.
All custom orders are sent once full payment is received in advance. Custom pieces take approximately 45 days to produce and ship.
All sales of CUSTOM PRODUCTS are final. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
